Το Δεκέμβριο του 2018 πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Lancaster, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, η πρώτη συνάντηση του προγράμματος CT+, σηματοδοτώντας και την έναρξη του, με τη συμμετοχή όλων των εταίρων της CT+. 
Κατά την διάρκεια των δύο ημερών, οι συναντήσεις ήταν πολύ παραγωγικές και βοήθησαν στην προετοιμασία, την ανάλυση, τον καθορισμό και τη διανομή καθηκόντων του έργου,  που έπρεπε να γίνει με τέτοιο τρόπο όπου να διασφαλίζετε η ομαλή διεξαγωγή του.
Η συνάντηση της δεύτερης ημέρας ήταν ιδιαίτερα παραγωγική με την πρόσθετη βελτίωση των συνεισφορών των εταίρων, έτσι ώστε να αποδοθεί στο έργο μεγαλύτερη παραγωγικότητα και ισχύ για την επίτευξη των καθορισμένων στόχων.
Τώρα όλοι οι εταίροι γνωρίζουν τα συγκεκριμένα καθήκοντα που πρέπει να εκτελούνται για την προετοιμασία του IO1 και τα ανάλογα καθήκοντα για την προετοιμασία της συνεδρίασης για το C1 και την δεύτερη Συνάντηση, γνωρίζοντας τη σημασία της στο έργο, και τη συμβολή που πρέπει να δοθεί για την επίτευξη των στόχων CT+.
