Project: Objectives of the project and expected results.
Creativity Training for Europe, CT+ Project, facilitates that people with talent and creative abilities, mostly without specific or professional training -or without degree- to use it, can use them in the current market for their personal and professional growth.
HOW IT WORKS
Because of this, CT+ has two complementary sides:
1) Training creative skills in entrepreneurship:
from a European framework CT+ extract a European curriculum designing a European methodology to train creative skills in entrepreneurship, and to produce digital contents for people’s training.
2) Creating a digital environment where people can show and share their work, or offer their work, establishing a meeting point and community for collaboration and entrepreneurship with other professionals, or with people/companies that could need their services and abilities.
The expected results after the execution and implementation of the applications of this project are:
1) To have high-value digital resources that creative people in Europe can use to reinforce their creative competences under a perspective of entrepreneurship, that resizes and enhances their professional potential and their personal growth.
2) Have an online community of creative people from Europe that serves as a point of support for creative people, preferably with a low level of training or without specific training, to obtain the synergies of the exchange of experiences and activities, undertake their own projects, offer their work and skills, and bring their professional offer closer to the needs and opportunities offered by the market.
