The CT+ project was very useful and can be considered as one of the best experiences by the students and staff members of the participating entities.
The program curriculum gathered under its’ umbrella set of training activities based on the non-formal education, as well as study visit. Furthermore, participants had a time for entertainment and acquaintance with the Cypriot culture.
Two staff members and two students of every partner side presented their entities and participated in the activities.
Students mentioned that it was very exciting and new experience for them, as they have never been a part of the similar project. In addition to the new networking and entrepreneurial skills, which they gained during the trip to Cyprus, they also improved their communication and intercultural abilities. As was mentioned above, the CT+ project was first of similar experiences for them – therefore, meeting the partners and colleagues from other parts of Europe wide their horizon.
In addition, for the staff members it was very useful practice in terms of managing the international trip and holding responsibilities and duties outside of the home country.
The last but not least, study visit during the trip to Cyprus conveyed to the staff members and adult educators new knowledge and ideas for the future practices and business-making process.
